Yes. NexAEO offers a 7-day free trial so you can experience our platform and validate how it fits your workflow before committing to a paid plan. Because we do not issue refunds on paid subscriptions or credit purchases, we strongly recommend using the 7-day trial to evaluate the platform first.

What's in it: Your 7-day free trial includes a dedicated starter allocation across three of our four core tools:

• Generative Search Monitor: 5 allowances to track prompts and monitor how AI engines respond to queries in your space.
• GEO Magic Tool: 1 full allowance to run an in-depth technical and semantic Generative Engine Optimization audit on a target webpage.
• GEO Content Studio: 1 full allowance to generate a GEO-engineered content piece designed to earn AI citations and brand mentions.

What isn't:

• Prompt Research is locked during the trial: Full access to the Prompt Research tool unlocks exclusively when you upgrade to a paid subscription plan.
• No Top-Up Credits during the trial: Trial accounts cannot purchase or consume Top-Up Credits. Top-Up Credits are strictly reserved for workspaces with an active paid subscription.
• Strictly once per user: The 7-day free trial is limited to one per person/account. It is available on your first signup and cannot be activated a second time across additional accounts or workspaces.

NexAEO combines predictable recurring subscription plans with flexible Top-Up Credits for teams that need additional capacity during high-velocity campaigns.

• Subscription Packages: Your base subscription unlocks the full NexAEO suite—including Generative Search Monitor, GEO Magic Tool, Prompt Research, and GEO Content Studio—along with a recurring monthly or annual allowance of tool capacities across our five supported AI engines (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Google Gemini, and Perplexity).
• Top-Up Credits (Active Paid Subscription Required): If you exhaust your plan's monthly allowance for audits, content studio generations, or monitoring checks before your next billing cycle, you can purchase Top-Up Credit packs directly from your billing settings.
• Strict Eligibility Rule for Credits: Purchasing and using Top-Up Credits is exclusively restricted to users who hold an active paid subscription. Free trial users cannot buy or use Top-Up Credits. Furthermore, if your paid subscription is canceled and expires, any remaining Top-Up Credits cannot be consumed until an active paid subscription is restored.

We focus our entire engineering and scraping infrastructure on these five core engines to deliver clean, reliable visibility tracking, citation attribution, and optimization signals without diluting your budget on legacy or low-impact surfaces.

You can manage your plan at any time from Workspace Settings → Billing & Subscription as the account or workspace Owner.

• Upgrading: Moving from a 7-day free trial to a paid subscription—or upgrading to a higher tier—takes effect immediately, unlocking Prompt Research, raising your tool allowances, and enabling access to Top-Up Credits.
• Downgrading or Canceling: You can downgrade or cancel directly in the self-serve billing portal with zero retention obstacles and no required phone or video calls. Cancellation stops future recurring charges while allowing you to keep access to your paid subscription features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Once a paid period ends without renewal, Top-Up Credit usage is automatically paused until a paid plan is active again.

All NexAEO subscription plans and Top-Up Credit packs are priced and billed exclusively in US Dollars (USD) via Stripe. If your payment card is denominated in another currency, your bank or card issuer handles the conversion automatically at checkout.

Listed prices exclude applicable sales tax or VAT. During checkout, our payment processor calculates any required tax based on your billing address and displays the exact total before you confirm payment. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you can enter your legal business name, billing address, and tax/VAT ID so that it appears properly on all downloadable invoices in your billing portal.

To restate our billing policy clearly: we do not offer refunds on subscription charges or Top-Up Credit purchases. Canceling prevents the next billing cycle from charging, and the 7-day free trial exists specifically so you can test NexAEO risk-free before upgrading.

Coming Soon. Both the NexAEO REST API (for custom BI pipelines, internal reporting dashboards, and automated workflows) and our MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server (for connecting NexAEO directly into AI coding and agent environments like Cursor, Claude Code, and VS Code) are currently in active development on our engineering roadmap.

They are marked as Coming Soon across the platform and are not yet available during the trial or on current plans. When released, they will allow paid workspaces to query Generative Search Monitor metrics, trigger GEO Magic Tool audits, and pull citation data programmatically.
